Greylag is a student team. Everything on this site was paid for by somebody who decided students should get to build a real aircraft. Here is exactly what the next contribution buys.

    Carbon cloth, resin, foam cores, printed nylon and the mould stock every airframe starts as.

    Motors, ESCs, cells, flight computers, radios and the spares that make a flight day repeatable.

    Competition

    Entry fees, transport for a 3.1 m aircraft, and accommodation for a crew of nine.

    Workshop

    Vacuum pumps, consumables, safety equipment and the tools that outlast every generation of the team.

  • Trailing position

    Wingman

    ₺5 000 — ₺25 000 / season
    • Logo on the team website and on the aircraft's sponsor panel
    • Named in every competition report and season summary
    • Invitation to the end-of-season flight demonstration
  • Mid formation

    Echelon

    ₺25 000 — ₺100 000 / season
    • Everything in Wingman, with prominent logo placement
    • Your branding on the airframe, ground station and team kit
    • One technical briefing per semester from the unit leads
  • Lead position

    Lead

    ₺100 000+ / season or in kind
    • Everything in Echelon, with naming rights on an airframe
    • Co-branded content across the logbook and social channels
    • A joint engineering project scoped with your team
    • Site visit and flight demonstration at a location of your choosing
In kind

Not everything is money

Machine time, composite offcuts, avionics hardware, wind tunnel access, an afternoon of a senior engineer's time in a design review — all of it counts, and some of it is worth more to us than the equivalent cash.
